PURPOSES OF PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS Your personal data will be processed for the purposes indicated below on the basis of:

–          Article 6(1)(c) GDPR, necessary to fulfill a legal obligation of the administrator related to the provision of services to you or to the entity you represent.

–          Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, for the fulfillment of the legitimate interests of the administrator, in particular to conduct ongoing communications, ensure information security, and establish, assert and defend against claims in connection with the provision of services to you or to the entity you represent.

DATA RECIPIENTS The recipients of your personal data will be subcontractors (processors) of the administrator, within the scope of services provided by the administrator, including IT, in accordance with signed contracts. 
DATA RETENTION PERIOD Your data will be processed for the duration of the performance of services for you or for the entity you represent, and thereafter for the period required by law or the period of limitation of claims. In the case of data processing based on the legitimate interests of the controller, the data will be processed until an objection is raised in a situation where the rights and freedoms of the person outweigh the interests of the controller. The administrator does not transfer data to countries outside the European Economic Area.
RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS You have the right to access the content of your data, and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to data portability, the right to object.
THE RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT WITH A SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY You have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority (Office for Personal Data Protection) when you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016.
INFORMATION ABOUT THE FREEDOM OR OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE DATA Your provision of personal data is voluntary, however, the provision of basic data is a condition for receiving assistance, and the consequence of failure to provide personal data will be the inability to receive support.
INFORMATION ON PROFILING AND AUTIMATIZATION OF DATA PROCESSING Your data will not be profiled or processed by automated means.
